Pours a deep brown with copper orange colors around the edges, and an average creamy tan head. The aroma is earthy and peaty malts, some roastedness, and very lght tangyness. The aroma has character but is just short of being really good. Flavors are quite full, malts are tangy and roastey and envelop the mouth. Peat and earthy flavors continue to emerge. There is no noticable bitterness, but a very nice full finish.
