Aroma is heavy malt (caramel, grain, hay, nutty), light hops (herbs), average yeast (earth) with notes of banana, plum, and honey. Medium bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
