JonR888710 (1000), Cochabamba, Bolivia Jul 10, 2008 Pours a yellow-orange, somewhat hazy. Head is white like salt crust, long-lasting. Smells like pine cones, malt, lightly. Taste is balanced, wet, straw, pine cone hops, grapefruit, wehat. Dry spicy finish. Not bad. thenick (546), North Bellmore, New York, USA Dec 24, 2007 Tap @ Arlington location. Pours a pretty light color with a small head. Citrus hops dominate the nose, and I noticed the same throughout the taste as well. Clean beer, easy on the palate, finish is pretty dry, if weak. Not a bad pale ale. RSRIZZO (992), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Nov 15, 2007 Had this beer at the All Colorado Beer Fest on 11/10/2007. Aroma is a bold hop scent. Color is a dark gold with good carbonation and a thick tight head. Taste comes in on a light body with very little malt and a mild hop flavor and bitterness. This is a clean and refreshing pale. Pours surprisingly light yellow with a small head. The centennial hops bring out a soft lime and lemon aroma that comes through in a gentle and well-matched flavor. This one has a creamy mouthhfeel, very clean with a nice dry finish. This is a good APA that doesn’t try to be an IPA. BeerandBlues2 (2473), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jan 23, 2006 Draught. Pours hazy-cloudy amber with an off-white head and good lacing. Caramel malt aroma, pine and citrus hop bouquet, fruity and very inviting. Hoppy, moderately bitter and acidic lasting flavor, caramel malt body. Medium bodied and fizzy, spicy palate.
