3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had on tap at Rock Bottom Colorado Springs. Color is a deep dark brown with average carbonation and a nice fairly tight head. Aroma is light giving some chili scents over a nice roasted malts. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down easy. Finish is like a nice brown with good roasted malt flavors backed by a mild chili flavor and just a hint of spice heat. After taste is clean leaving you with just a wisp of the chili flavor. This is a well done Chili brew, I really like that they put it in a nice Brown Ale rather then some weak gold thing like most do.
