On tap poured a clear amber hue w/ a medium frothy beige head and some lacing. Medium aroma of grain and malt. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish. Tastes are rye, light roasted malt, and lemon citrus. Medium bodied, light carbonation, and a crisp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear amber color with a moderate off-white head that left some spotty lacing. Somewhat muted aroma of lightly toasted caramel malt and some soft earthy hops. Smooth, lightly sweet entry with some soft caramel leads into an earthy hoppiness that’s paired with a toasted maltiness that lingers into the lightly sweet finish. Low carbonation and light mouth feel didn’t exactly seem to compliment the style. Overall, it was just sort of an uninspired brew that was definitely more of an English style, which isn’t exactly to my liking.

Had on draught at Rock Bottom. Aroma is very faint but a little malt can be detected. Color is a hazy amber/brown with light carbonation and a very tight thick head. It comes on with a medium body that goes down smooth then a malty flavor that is a little grassy with a light hop flavor and then ends with a good bitterness. After taste is clean but the alcohol seems to show a little. Its a nice Amber.
