Dec 7, 2007 Draught at Rock Bottom Colorado Springs. Pours clear dark brown with a small, fizzy, off-white head, diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel, nutty), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (meat, earth) with notes of toffee and cola. Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.
