COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brew has a big body, deep and malty caramel flavor, it's light on the hops, has a dark brown and amber color, and comes in at over 7% alcohol-by-volume. It's a brew to keep you warm this winter!

On tap at Rock Bottom Colorado Springs. Color is near back with good carbonation and a thick tan head. Aroma of coffee with a smoky note in back. Palate comes across light, almost crisp on a medium body. Flavor has lots of roasted malt, toffee and a touch of smoke, then a light bitterness on the end. After taste is clean with just a bit of the bitterness hanging on and the alcohol showing. Overall I like it, maybe light for a Doppelbock but still a nice brew.

Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness.
