Rock Bottom Colorado Springs Goat Toppler

Draught Colorado Springs Rock Bottom. Pours a deep gold and bronze, clean, foamy and sticky white head, sticky lacing. Aroma is malt (grain, meal, cereal), yeast (sour dough), grassy, and lightly floral hops. Moderately bitter, sour malt and yeast, faint hop character, finish is dry and malty. Full bodied and warm, smooth, dry palate although with some creaminess throughout.
