Was given a few samples & this is the one I choose to have a pint of it. On tap at brewer it poured an amber hue with a medium off white head and good lacing. Light malt and yeasty aroma of dough. Taste of grain, straw, dough, and light grass. Watery texture with soft carbonation.

(draft 6/30/10). Clear amber color. Medium off white head. Light malt aroma. Moderate bready malt flavor, with light grassy hops. Avg duration. Light bitter finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.

Draught. Pours clear amber with an average, frothy, off-white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (meal, cereal, straw), heavy hops (flowers, perfume), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of apple, pear, and butter. Medium bodied, thin texture, lively carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
