3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy, pale yellow color with a thick white head that receded to a layer. Aroma of spices (coriander, clove, cinnamon), orange, and some doughy yeast. Smooth, lightly sweet entry with some soft spiciness (coriander, clove) and light dough that leads into a lightly bitter hoppiness with some faint hints of fruit that linger into the finish. Light carbonation and overall light mouth feel. Overall, it was a decent wheat beer that seemed to be lacking a bit in both body and depth, but all the while remaining refreshing and crisp.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours hazy and rich looking and smells wheaty and hoppy. Taste was delicious and very hoppy for an American Wheat. Rich body and wheat flavor too. Possibly my favorite wheat ale ever, and one of my favorite beers too. Went back for more a couple days later.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draught. Pours hazy lemon with a foamy white head, good sticky lacing. Malt (meal) and yeast (dough) aroma, but overall very dissapointing aroma. Heavy malt, wheat and yeast flavor, slightly acidic. Light bodied and creamy palate.
