Tap. Pours clear black with a medium, fizzy tan head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is bourbon, figs, raisin, oak and plum with roast and coffee malt. Flavor is malt dominant with bourbon, lightly tart, dark fruits, oak, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Full body and medium carbonation.
