Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, straw, hay), average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of cask, vanilla, and clove. Full bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
