Commercial Description:
A crisp, clean beer with a sweet, honey malt flavor. 16th Street is well-balanced and deep gold in color with a subtle, flowery, hop finish. Enjoy with salads and pastas.

Pours a hazy amber with a dissipating ivory head. Faint aroma pale malts and floral hops. Lighter side of medium bodied, with soft to medium carbonation. Flavor of wheat and honey malts, countered by a very very mild citrusy bitterness. Finish has off flavors, perhaps some diacetyl. Nothing great

Draft Brewpub 11/21/08-Pours a cloudy hazy orange with an aroma of nothing. Taste of banana and clove. This light bodied brew was not bad but a bit lacking.

On tap at Rock Bottom Denver poured a cloudy amber with a diminishing ivory head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, light citrus and a hint of spice. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, citrus, light banana, light yeast and a hint of spice with a smooth malty finish.

Typical wheat. Little aroma, little flavor. Clean finish, but thats about it. I suppose that on a hot day, it would be quite refreshing...but so would MGD.

On tap at the Denver location, cloudy honey gold hue, with a fluffy white head, light wheaty, honeyish nose, with a mild fruity lemon ester note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, wheaty, fruity orangeish character, with some honeyish wheat, pale malt accents, a faint spicy note, leading towards awheaty, fruity, milky finish.

Draught. Low but lasting white head. Hazy orange body. Weak fruith aroma. Weak fruity and herbal flavor with low carbonation and a long herbal aftertaste.

Tap sample @ Denver International Airport Location: Pours a cloudy deep golden/orange with a lacing white head. The aroma has a touch of mild grainy wheat and banana. Light bodied. Has some subdued Belgian esters- touch of bubblegum and a sweet wheat note. Not really sharp, nor crisp. Grainy finish. Doesn’t really touch upon what makes this style good.
