Poured up at the Denver Airport location into an ice cold glass, darn-it! when will I learn that this WILL be coming in frigid glass wear? It has a clear copper ice cold body with thin gold edges and a thin tan head of foam. The aroma doesn’t have much to offer due to the serving temperature. As it finally warmed a touch I got some citrus hops as well as some earthy to vague bitter resiny hop notes too. The taste starts pretty smooth with a mix of sweet malts and malt sweetened citrus hops. It then moves toward a moderate level of citrus hop bitterness that rides the mild sweetness into the finish. As it warms I’m getting soft caramel malts or maybe its biscuit malts that seem out of place and muddles the experience. Is that why they serve it so cold?

Sampler at the Rock Bottom Westminister on 9/27/2012. This India Pale Ale pours a light to medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and a touch grapefruity, Decent carbonation. There are a lot of malt in the beer at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Draught in one of their large glasses. Definitely an easy drinking IPA, but nothing to write home about. Missing the pungent aroma of a classic IPA. Seems much more like a very conservative paie in the nose. Very little head retention, but carbonation is decent. Good color. Palate is nice, and flavor is surprisingly good.

On tap at the brewpub. Simply labeled "IPA" so this might be under the wrong listing. Pours with a hazed golden body with lots of lace from a white head. Aromas are floral, citrus, tangerine and orange. Minimal malt contribution. Flavors are orange, caramel, floral hops. Medium bubbles, somewhat dry.
