COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale ale offers a strong unimposing flavor. Light crystal and Munich malts create a rich, medium body. It goes great with our brick oven pizzas.

[Tap at Rock Bottom, Denver] A hazy amber beer with a fine but collapsing lazing white head. The aroma is slightly hoppy, while the flavor contains a nice amount of aroma hops, that makes it very flowery besides the notes of honey.

Bottle from Rock Bottom in Denver: Pours a clear pale amber color with a medium bone white head that has good retention. Thin spotty lacing. Citrus and hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied and mildly hoppy with an off malt flavor crashing the party right away. The stale malt and vinegar flavor is becoming an all-too-familiar trend with these beers. The finish is bitter but not in a flavorful way. Rock Bottom is either keeping their bottles way past expiration or they just don’t travel well. Either way this was another letdown.

Draft at Denver International Airport. Lightly cloudy medium-dark amber in color. Musty nose of toast/bread and mild orange/pine hops. Wet and silky on the palate, medium bitterness, somewhat pine-centered with notes of old oranges and wet wood. Well-made but I think the recipe is somewhat simple. That said, it is basically without flaws and does a good job quenching thirst when something with a little bit of hop bitterness is needed.
