Light unclear with tiny body particles, a medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, tobacco. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy amber with a small a qhite head. Aroma is mild spiced, herbal and light citric. Sweet, toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter and toffee malty. Bitter and caramelish into the finish.

Bottle at yespr. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with hoppy hints.

Draft. Poured hazy deep copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted and produced excellent lacing. Complex earthy hop and malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a very good beer.

Draft in Indy in May 06. Amber color with a medium white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate sweet balanced aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture. Medium sweet balanced flavor with a sweet finish of short duration. Average drinkable brew.

On tap @ Rock Bottom Westminster poured a clea rreddish copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of sweet malt, carmel, light citrus and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sweet malt, light citrus, light spice and a hint of chocolate with a smooth yet crisp finish.

Draught in Colorado Springs. Pours bronze with a medium frothy light tan head and spotty lacing. Aroma is malt (roasted grain, meal, cereal) and a slight fruity sour hop. Medium tartness, bitter and acidic start, low sweet maltiness, finish is hoppy with faint citrus. Medium bodied and fizzy, refreshing palate.
