Maybe it’s my imagination, but it actually has a slight jalepno aroma over light malt and corn. Strong hominy/grits cast. Very light hopping. Kinda tastes like a rice cake. Neutered and formulaic.

None of the awful skunkyl taste of many mass produced light lagers, but not much flavor either.

Draft sampler at brewpub. Poured pale color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly. Light sweet citrus aroma. Light body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a sweet short finish. Not something I would recommend to freind.

Pale yellow with large white head. Light and pale malts in aroma. Some sweetness and a bit tangy on the tongue. Biscuit or bread malt flavors. A light feel, some malt sweetness that disappears and brings a moderately crisp bitterness.

Clear, pale yellow in color with a wispy overlaid head. Smells much like a kegging room, with accents from very light croissants and the faintest citric shine. Very bready flavor. Reserved hop profile. Lacks the pale lager twang, for better or worse. Lemon accents hit on the finish but this one is yeast-centered all the way.

From a sampler at the Indy location: This beer is a pale gold color with a thin white head. Thin and quick lacing. The aroma is mildly hoppy. Light-bodied and crisp with a flavor that is typical of most brewpubs with their "Light Lager" selection. This beer adheres to that pretty well in that it is on the bland side and won't scare a macro drinker too much. The finish is crisp and somewhat flavorless.

On tap at Rock Bottom in downtown Indianapolis, IN.It poured a large sized white creamy head that contained fine-small sized bubbles that completely dissipated. The body was clear with a pale-straw yellow hue.The nose was lightly malty and a hint of hops with a sour and bitter flavor. The mouthfeel was tingly, fairly smooth and thin textured with a light body. There was a fair amount of lacing with this beer. This beer was tapped on 10-19-03.

Another brew from brew master Tim at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Indianapolis, Indiana. This on tap brew poured a large foamy white colored head of finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent straw yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was very mild and I would have to describe it as a mild malt if anything at all. The mouthfeel is smooth thin crisp and light. The very mild flavor was typical of a light beer with only very mild malt and hops detected.
