3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught and cask-conditioned, side-by-side. Shiny golden-orange body with a dense velvety head. Cask version had a cloudy, deeper hue. Piney, woodsy hop aroma plus some tropical fruit. Cask in particular was very fresh and nicely aromatic. Firm and pleasing bitterness with a long finish. Hop breath lingers. This is a vibrant and very pleasing IPA. As of late, I would take this over Hop Devil in a heartbeat.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap, King of Prussia. Pours a slightly hazy copper body with a minimal beige head. Nose is slightly citrusy hops with some grapefruit, and light malt. Pretty standard flavor profile, moderate bitterness and light malt. Light to medium bodied with fairly soft carbonation. Just shy of creamy texture. OK overall, a run of the mill IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Second best beer they had on tap. Hazy amber with nice white head. Very good pine/citrus hop aroma. Alittle thin but the flavor made up for it. Good floral hop flavor with quick bitter finish.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
#1000 - I have seen the top of the mountain.....and it is good. Hazed amber, creamy white head. Fantastic west coast nose that was deeply pined, heavy on the grapefruit rind, with just a touch of dirty earth. The flavor was straight up bitter pine and grapefruit, with a softer side of cedar. You gotta believe it was brewed swith some sweet malt, but I really had a hard time getting past the hop oil. Still...it totoally works for me. Medium bodied, light carbonation, bitter finish. Very nice IPA for sure. Onward and upward....

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
20-something oz glass. Nice amber pour with a decent piney-aroma. Good pine-hop & malt taste that wasn;t amazing, but not bad either (you have to remember that this is a brewpub at a mall). Good all-around IPA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy amber with a creamy white lacing head that retained. Aroma of orange, floral and a lightly sweet malt. Flavor of citrus, a malty sweetness to balance and a light bitterness. Well done IPA from a close by micro brewery.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Out of the cask...
Appears a hazy amber with a lush white head that is retained during the entire session. Spotty and streaky lacing.
Smell is of floral and citrus with a mildly perfumy aroma. Centennial and Chinook hops abound.
Taste is of citrus cream and a malty sugar that’s hard to put a finger on.
Mouthfeel is sugary, creamy, along with a mild bite at the end.
Drinkability is good but nothing is knocking my socks off with this one either.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap. Labelled an ipa with 6% abv, but called Prussia’s Pride. Pours copper wiht a decently thick white head for an ipa. Served too cold in a plastic pint glass, making for absolutely no aroma. Mostly floral hoppy flavors with a nice smooth mouthfeel. Good-tasting, but way too weak and thin.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep copper pour with medium-sized, creamy white head. Aroma of malt, slight hops, caramel, and cognac. Tastes malty, with some finishing fruit and a twinge of dry rauchiness.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap as the Brewmaster’s Special at King of Prussia. Nice amber color, head was decent, tan, turned into some long lasting lacing. Smell is strong with hops, no surprise there. The flavor is the same, but with a nice amount of body, the flavor was rather full. Very bitter at the tail end, again, no surprise there. Off of the sample card, I almost went back for a pint of this...only the brown ale was better.
