3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours out a moderately cloudy golden color with a two finger off white head. Nice aroma of citrus and pine hops and some sweet malty notes also. Taste is complex with nice typical simcoe hop flavors, citrus, some pine and some fruity and grainy malt notes in there also, bitter hoppy finish. Solid, drinkable IPA that is very drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Grainy yellow gold with pillowy white head. Smells of citrus hops, very skunky but enjoyable. Alcohol content is very well hidden. It’s a very good IPA, bordering on IIPA. Would definitely have again. I thought this was 7.5% ABV, but oh well.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Golden color with a medium head. Big hoppy aroma that screams "Simcoe" with a bit of malt in the background. Flavor is all floral and citrusy simcoe with just enough malt sweetness. Pretty damn good for RPKoP.

3.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled from a growler thanks to homebrew club buddy....DAMN! I could not believe the aroma on this IPA, full assault of citrus/pine hops on the nose. Beer is medium bodied hazy yellow with foamy head. Malt presence blends this beer well and surprisingly only medium bitterness. Sub Zero has kindled my interest in Rock Bottom K.O.P.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at brewpup. Pours amber orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus/ floral hops. Medium bodied with an oily texture. The toffee esque pale malts are overpowered by a dry grapefruity bitterness. Long dry bitter finish with an emphasis on the bitter rind aspect of the grapefruity hops, and a small distracting amount of butter notes. Well done, but perhaps a tad too dry for my personal tastes. But good enough to repeat on my visit.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Brewpub: Hoppy aroma of pine, grapefruit, and Simcoe. Poured amber in color with a small white head. Good lacing. Lightly sparkling. Clear. Medium bitter, medium sweet flavor. Tasted of hops, grapefruit, pine, resin, and caramel malts. Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Hoppy finish is not overly bitter.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Growlerfrom hopdog. Slightly catty aroma. Not distracting though. Heavy on the citrus zest and oily pine resin. Pours mostly clear bright gold. Dry on the palate. Firm texture. Fairly bitter. Pine tree bark. Bitter orange zest. A nice pale for sure.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap, King of Prussia. Pours a slightly hazy copper under a small off-white head that receded to a creamy thin ring. Nose is bigger than the whole line-up combined the day I was there. Citrusy and grapefruity hops over a heavy bready malt base. Still pretty light on the malt in the flavor, and a touch of alcohol on the finish. Nice medium body with perfect soft carbonation yielding a little creaminess to the texture. The best of the bunch the day I was there, but still nothing to rave about.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled from Growler provided by TomDecapolis. Poured a deep and cloudy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of fresh green hoppiness, grainy, oranges, lemons, and light pine. Tastes of that same fresh hoppiness, citrus, with a trace of caramel.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler from the King of Prussia location. Pours a hazy golden orange with an average creamy white head that left some lacing. Aroma of orange peels, lemons, yeast, pine, bready and light caramel. Flavor was bready, caramel and lightly toasted malts, some pine and various citrus. Liked the malt and hop balance on this one. Nice IPA and nice use of the Simcoe.
