The cask offering from the Rock Bottom in Long Beach. Super dark pour with a two-finger tall tan head with some pretty good lacing. The aroma was chocolate and raspberry. Artificial chocolate and raspberry, but that’s what it was. The flavor followed suit. Reminded me of a Russell Stover’s chocolate with raspberry filling. Maybe some light malt, no hops. This may have been a sweet stout, but I wasn’t 100% sure how to classify this one. The mouthfeel was weird, too much carbonation.
