on draft at brewery, consumed on 11/12/07. Very clear amber/caramel color with no active carbonation but oddly, a nice head. Aroma: slight trace of hops (floral and citrus). More flavorful than many of their brews, with a little malt but mainly grapefruit and pine hop flavor. Like a watered down Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Sitting back and letting the cascades do the work like a good apa. 2 shades lighter than the standard of the style from chico, but not coming up short in hop aroma and flavor. Nice beer.
