Flavorful and complex, our Red Ale is copper in color and medium-bodied with a rich malt profile. Crystal hops lend a robust, fruity hop character for balance.

Tap at RBM. Filtered orange-tan. Steady thin head. Pretty insipid, falls a little flat. Fruity amber malt sweetness, not much hop depth. Rich caramel, but there is some faint offness. Standard brewpub at best, not one I’d eve order again.

On tap at Rock Bottom – Milwaukee. Poured hazy peach with a sticky whitish head. The aroma picked up sweet caramel and lighter fruits with nutty accents.. OK. The flavor found sweet caramel and nutty notes at the core with lightly funky fruit around.. finished tacky and tangy, and I’m not sure what they were shooting for. Light-bodied with low carbonation on the palate.. OK flow.. meh.

On tap at Rock Bottom Milwaukee. Clear red-orange with a small white head. Light nose of caramel candies and mildly spicy hops. Moderate grains in the flavor - wheat, straw, mild rye - with an earthy hop overtone. Some stale coffee in the finish.

you standard red ale. Slightly spicy, mostly malty, rather benign. Just something average for the masses.

On tap at Rock Bottom Milwaukee. No clue if this had a different name before but it’s not Erik the Red as that was on my sampler as well. Orange-copper with a thin tan head. Aroma of caramel and mild floral hops. Taste is semi-sweet with caramel and crystal malt, floral hops and mild grains. Okay.
