Airport location. Clear, golden and apricot orange. Lively aromatics. Lavender and bitter orange skins. Dry and bright citrus hops coupled with a dense coffeecake body. Wonderful balance of bitterness and sweetness. Finishes dry with a leafy apricot skin texture. Crisp and clean palate with a long life.

Sample from tap at the brewpub in Minneapolis. Pours clear orange. Flowery and grapefruit fruity aroma. Strong bitter and flowery flavoured. Dry finish. Cask version was stronger on the hops.

Draft... RBSG 07... Clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. Earthy nose with an abundance of grapefruit and pine scented hops, white oak and cat piss (Simcoe®?). The flavor offers medium bitterness with a hint of buttery diacetyl. Medium-bodied and creamy with pillow-soft carbonation. Bitter, dry finish.

By far my favorite among the beers on tap when I visited. Crystal clear apple juice body with white head, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/pine, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, orange, some grapefruit/pine, caramel. Hoppy but not especially bitter. Light-medium body, some resin.

Cask at Minneapolis location. Pours to a brassy golden body with a white head. The aroma is hoppy with grassy and pine, complimented by graham crackers. The flavor is slightly bitter grassy hops with graham crackers. The palate is slick and velvety and bitter.

Nicely done! Quite similar to the summit extra for sure. stop saying that every beer is a hop lovers though! ah, i guess you can say it cause im a hop lover and this was very good in that respect. Plenty of noble piney hop goodness resonates on the palate.
