In this Belgian IPA the fruity esters of our Ardennes yeast, a hint of spice, and a pleasant residual sweetness frolic together in a meadow of bright, floral hop character.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark orange-caramel color with a large foamy orange-tan head that lingered forever and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was dryish and spicy with fruity hops and hints of chalk, Pez candies and pepper. The flavor was dry and somewhat bitter with notes of grapefruit, chalk, Pez and perfumey hops. Long dry chalky and perfumey finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.
