Jan 25, 2007 Tap at Bethesda. A very malty beer with a little bit of hops. Very sweet. I have a hard time finishing it but some others with me really liked the sweetness.

Jan 21, 2007 On tap at the Bethesda location (I didn’t use thier listing because I dont believe it was on a nitro tap ... so I went with the Oregon listing). A far too sweet ale for my liking -especially for a scottish ale. Almost painfully sweet.

Feb 13, 2006 Decent malty aroma, hoppier than I expeected for this style, but very tasty, almost overly malted on the sweetness and alcohol, but quite tasty nonetheless.

Feb 9, 2004 Had it on cask. Very nice malty aroma. Flavors of caramel and chocolate, and just good ol' maltyness. On cask it was excellent, very smooth and very creamy. Much better then Rock Bottoms standard lineup.

Jan 26, 2004 Good head, dark amber color. Med/lt body. Taste is a little sweet, hardly bitter at all. Chocolate malt in the finish. Like my homebrew, minus the hopping.
