Sweet, nut that bitter at all. Smells of orange syrup and not much in the way of hops. Plain and sweet.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap@Rock Bottom, Portland. A pretty sweet IPA, little bitterness from the hops, some resiny hops and orangey fruit flavours, but not much else.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cobbwebby lacing, bronze color, sticky head. Aroma is earthy & musky, light hops but not very clean or PNW inspired. The flavor has a sweet hoppy resin feel but not bitter or hoppy, just dry & tart, some alcohol finish. The dry hopped version of this beer is much better as it has a pronounced hoppy flavor and more grapefruity hops in the nose. More balanced you could say. Score is for the dry hopped version.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ Rock Bottom Portland:   Amberish, moderate sudsy off-white head, spotty lacing.   Hoppy nose, very slight earthiness.   Also seems to be a bit of satsuma?   Hmmmm, thats a first for me.   Certainly hoppy on the tongue.   Straight forward.   Classic NW IPA, perhaps a bit on the lighter side.   Just make me wonder how most people perceive what an IPA is.   A little watered down probably for the masses, but still enjoyable.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Fairly clean finish.   Very faint earthiness to this one.   Simple, light, but well done.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap... Poured clear orange with a white head. Earthy, hoppy aroma. Mildly carbonated with hop flavors and a candy sweetness. Buttery, earthy, and leafy notes that were accentuated by maybe some malt. Sweet citrus and an acidic finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
We got lucky and at least got the dryhopped version of this brew. Pours an amber color with a white head that left minor lacing. Aroma was decently hopped with some citrus hops. The taste had the hops come through quite well and had a decent balance with the malt. Almost a faint sourness in the aftertaste, kinda grapefruity from the citrus hops.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
RBSG 2004: Clear orange with a small mostly diminishing white head. Juicy grapefruit aroma, medium soft body, starts lightly bitter and then gets more bitter.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I thought this one was a bit overwhleming on tha palate, tastes kind of acidic amd very dry, with an uncharacteristis alcohol flavor. Not very hoppy or malty, just semi-sweet and bitter.
