On tap Colorado Springs. Clear orange copper hue with a rich white head, mostly lasting & good lacing. Brew has a light aroma of biscuits. Flavor of biscuit, caramel and toffee. Not as bold as some Marzens and bit on the dry side, but overall this was a very enjoyable beer & one you would be happy to fill your stein with.

On tap during 2011 Denver Brew at the Zoo. Clear brilliant orange with an aroma of pale malt and biscuits. Taste had a whole lotta biscuit with light caramel an light toffee. Tastes like a lager, which isn’t sweet enough for my marzen desires. A little dry too.

Waiter called this a Pilsner. Meh. Served in a plastic glass? What happened to Rock Bottom? Okay, this was plain at best. A bit bland, touch of malty bready notes.
