Feb 17, 2006 Draft at PP Strong Ale Fest ’05. Hazy bittery yellow pour. Lemon and candied yeasty aroma Light malt flavors, with a fair amount of yeast and candied estery fruit like apples and some lemon.

Dec 19, 2005 9th Annual San Diego Strong Ale Fest: Murky orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of esters, candy, and some spice. Flavor was also estery. Light fruit, apples, and a light spice on the finish. Semi-dry with a medium body.

Dec 12, 2005 spicy yeast, fruit, peppery aroma. Appearance is almost a cloudy pink/brown, minimal head. Yeasty palate, some alcohol. Sweet finish. Reminded me of Unibroue. My favourite of their line up.
