dwyerpg (2519), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Oct 13, 2009 Very little malt aroma. This might be better than the pale ale. Some caramel that grows. Flavor is solid and tasty for an amber. jbrus (4835), Delft, Netherlands May 7, 2009 Tap@Brewpub. Malty aroma. Reddish brown colour, off-white head, good lace. Sweetish, light bitter, nutty, hint of grapefruit. Easy going Amber. Bright reddish amber with a lacy off-white head. Pine and herbal hop aroma with with touch of malt behind it. Light body with medium carbonation. Color was reddish orange. Not much aroma, a little bit of bread and fruit. Flavor was pretty bland, but not outright bad. Red malt, fruit and bread. Not a great beer. Nothing wonderful, but an easy drinking session beer harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA Apr 5, 2006 Interesting amber, I would have thought this to be more of an APA, upon first taste. Overly hopped, with a less than weak maltiness.
