3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap and Mug Club poured at the loft bar, with a dark, almost black/brown hue, a decent amount of silky and fairly lasting, tan head foam, and clingy waves of lacing. The aroma was strictly rich, aromatic, espresso notes. The flavor was roastiness, a little grain, medium malt presence, with moderate hop bitterness & dryness that followed through into the finish. Medium bodied at the most, with soft carbonation. A nice offering to cope with the lingering winter type weather.

draft. pours dark brown with creamy tan head. aroma of freshly crushed coffee beans. flavors are earthy, roasty, dirt, coffee. not much else, coffee dominated for sure. pretty good though but a thin body for a stout.
