Commercial Description:
This medium-bodied, copper-color Pale Ale has an initial crystal malt sweetness that gives way to a variety of citrus hop notes. This Ale is perfect for any occasion. Try it with one of our spicy menu items.

One of their staple beers. A rather bland Pale Ale. Not a bad beer, but nothing special here that is going to make you take notice. Not an overwhelming hop smell. Mild bitterness, and a little citrus flavor. Going to the Warrenville RB made me miss going to the one in Chicago.

Draft… DLD’08… Cloudy golden ale with a small, wispy, off-white head. Good retention. The aroma is too restrained to pull much of anything from it, regardless of the beer’s temperature or agitation. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Thin, uninspired and sweet. A touch of grapefruit provides “too gentle” bitterness. Thin, watery finish. Too delicate for an APA!

Not one of their better offerings. The hops are citrusy, but very mild...Mostly just a slightly sweet brew with a hint of bitterness. Drinkable but you would expect more hope forwardness in a pale.

16oz draft at Brewery-An orangish amber body with a huge white head which eits an aroma of citrus, hops, and malt. Taste of hops initially then nothing and it finishes with a dryness and some malt. Not very impressed.

(Tap) Pours a very light amber color, with decent lacing. Aroma of sweet hops and some light malts as well. Some citrus in the flavor, with notes of biscuit and sweet caramel malts. Could have used more a better body, and a little bit more in the way of hops. Otherwise, refreshing and unoffensive.
