Tap. Pours hazy yellow with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with good lacing. Aroma is spicy and earthy wheat, clove, and light citrus notes. Flavor is malt and spice balance, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Draft. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of clove bubblegum. Taste is similar.

Pours an opaque pale yellow with a thin creamy white head. Aroma has nice notes of coriander. Flavor has notes of orange and bubblegum to go with coriander/spice. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a slightly grassy/spicy finish. Fairly tasty for a wit really.

Tap. Pours cloudy, pale yellow with thin, creamy white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is banana, yeast, cookie and cereal malts, light cloves, and light grassy notes. Flavor is lightly sweet bread malts forward with banana esters, light pear, light grassy hops, and faint herbs; dry finish. Light body and low carbonation.

On tap at the Desert Ridge, AZ brew pub. Comes a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of spice, grain, yeast, and citrus. Taste is coriander, wheat, yeast, and lemons. Pretty good.

Draft at the brew pub. Pours hazy straw yellow with minimal head. The aroma has lemon zest and mild sweetness. The taste is medium sweet with orange and a dry lemon finish.

Sampler@Rock Bottom Campbell, CA, 31/08/12. Full peachy murk frilled with lace. Ripe esters on the nose suggesting bubblegum, Bazooka chews, clove and banana confectionery. Full-on clove and and banana spiciness with a souring, red apple hint. Solid, aromatic....hefewitbier or whatever it is.

Tap at Rock Bottom, King of Prussia, PA. A cloudy amber pour with a thick white head, served exceptionally cold so there’s little aroma; in the mouth it’s soft and grainy, with some orange peel sweetness, butno trace of the coriander; perhaps a touch of banana onth efinish though.

Hazy straw colored with a thin laceful white head. Nose of coriander and pepper (?) with an earthy wheat backbone. Flavor is plenty earthy with some herbalness, coriander, wheat, and just a faint afterthought of citrus. I actually kinda like it, soo unlike most other whites on the market. Plenty of coriander and dryness.

Draft @ Rock Bottom San Jose, Campbell, CA. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity spicy wheat malty orange peel aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy bitter flavor with hints of coriander. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy coriander finish.
