A mix of West Coast IPA and English yeast along with four pounds of hops per barrel gives this heavenly IPA a larger- than- life citrusy hops flavor. Six types of malt tame this wild brew and give it the hearty backbone this beer needs, bringing caramel, biscuit and bread flavors to your awaiting tongue. And at 7.1% ABV, this is one beer that is to be reckoned with. So kick back and enjoy this big, perfectly balanced IPA with flavors and aromas as rare and wild as a one-eyed Sasquatch.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2013 On tap at Taphouse in Columbia. Pours an orangish color with white head. Hoppy, piney, grassy aroma. Citrusy, hoppy flavors. Nice hoppy IPA, could use a little more malt to balance the hoppiness, but good. I look forward to more by Rock Bridge.
