6-6-08. Bottle. Poured gold with a small white head. Smells of corn, malt, and grain. Tasted malty and corn-ish. Very little aftertaste. Not bad.

Clear light gold pour with no head. Banana nut aroma. Very thin bodied even for a lager. Not much for flavor. A slight hint of banana bread but very slight at that and then it fades into nothing.

Gold in color with a small white head. Aroma is of light malt, corn , and grain. Taste is of light malt and lots of grain.

12 oz bottle from a sampler at Publix. Poured a clear gold color with a thin white head. The aroma was malt and bread. The flavor was grainy. This was better than the average pale lager, but not great.

Bottle: Shared by goldtwins. Pale golden with a white ring of head. Sweet aroma. Corn, papery pale malt. Vacant flavor with papery stale light malt and nearly no bitterness. Very boring.

You know, this one was probably the best of the Minhas brewing mix pack. Pours a clear yellow gold with a nose of malt, bread, and grain. No extravagant adjuncts detected. Respectable lager. Nice, but not my favorite beer or style.

Poured a clear gold with a small white head. Grainy sweet malt with DMS. Light malt flavor. Grainy with a fruity finish. What the hell is going on over there in Monroe. They are obviously a marketing company with some packets of yeast.

12 oz bottle shared by Goldtwins. Pours a pale blond thin head. Aroma is corny dms, corn grits, cream of wheat and other wierd breakfast cereal types- and a slight pickle quality which was strange. Grassy and herbal hops throughout but very subtle, corn and a slight off astringent piss.

Smell is malts, corn, grain, weak, some sweetness, and watery. The look is a golden clear and not very much of its white head. The taste is sweet corn, grains, water, and malts.

This bottle was brewed & bottled in Rochester and tasted like the mighty Genesee River. Pass on this watery, pale, bitter tasting lager.
