2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle from a gift set from Sams Club, it was a gift. Pours a clear piss yellow with lots of carbonation and a fizzy white head. Initial aroma actually wasn’t that bad with some grainy cereal maltiness and slight floral hoppiness. Thin bodied like a BMC with average to slightyl strong carbonation. Flavor of grain, cereal that finishes with just a touch of hop bitteness. Not god by any means but this one is almost palatable.

Smell is malts, corn, grain, weak, some sweetness, and watery. The look is a golden clear and not very much of its white head. The taste is sweet corn, grains, water, and malts.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Golden clear. Doesnt hold a white head. Bland, chemically laden aroma. Harsh mouthfeel and bite that lasts well after the finish. Heavy malt taste.

Well, I guess this was o.k. as far as lagers go. It had a good malt load, giving a sweetness with sound flavor, although I really didn’t enjoy the cardboard qualities that came out when it warmed up a bit. Average palate and carbonation. Clearly not a beer to rock your world, but it won’t shatter it either. Thanks, Markus, for the bottle.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
In the bottle from the ridiculous wooden tool box packaging. Pours a rich gold (not light by any definition). Has a medium big-bubbled white head. Very corny and malty aroma. Surprisingly mild flavor. This beer finishes quick- super quick. Has some honey sweetness to the flavor, but the amazing thing is the world’s fastest finish. This is the style of beer that holds up best to this "lack-of-ingredients approach" to beer making.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a lively, deep gold yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is corn-fed and corn-roasted malt with buttery hops and floral bread. Flavor is corny lemon, zesty malt, and buttered biscuit. Lively and tingly on the tongue. No corn? Sure about that?

Mine had poor head retention; nice gold color though. Quite a bit of sweetness, maybe too much for such a ’light’ beer. Hops were a little stark; some bitterness. I also detected a little ’metallic’ off flavor that I didn’t care for. Not necessarily a bad beer, but not very impressive either.
