Very enjoyable. Light and refreshing. Balanced hops. Sweet without being over bearing. Had at brewery in Kansas City

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap pours an unclear amber/red ish copper with off white fizz. The aroma is earthy citrus hops and some malts. The flavor starts with some very rich gritty hop character, a bold American bitter of dried lemon orange citrus peel and a little pine. The bitterness overthrows the flavor of the hops a little, the hop flavor comes out a little flat, two dimensional with a fairly aggressive bitter and earthy citrus pine. The malts are a decent mix, more than a basic amber but still on the simple approachable side. Lasting earthy hop, light medicinal flavor carries through. Ok but not my go to ipa.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Sampled on tap at Rock & Run. Pours an amber color with white head. Grassy, hoppy, floral aromas. Flavor is like licking a hop leaf, in a bad way, no malt backbone to provide any balance.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy light copper with two fingers of white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of grassy hops with some pine and caramel malt. Taste is hop dominated with grassy flavors and bitterness and some slight citrus. Malt still shows up with some caramel and bready notes that help keep everything in check. Finishes with a lingering grassy bitter. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Lacks real depth of flavor but well constructed and drinkable.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Drinkable IPA, but could touch on nailing its type a bit more. The atmosphere was pretty good at this new local KC Brewery, right in downtown Liberty, MO.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in Liberty, Missouri. The pour is a hazed darker orange copper, with a smallish off white head. The aroma is soft grassy hops, along with a pleasant caramel malt. The taste is a great balance between the grassy, earthy, lightly bitter hops along with the cracker, softly sweet caramel malt. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a relatively clean and dry finish. Nice one.
