Tasted at Kansas City Beerfest at Union Station October, 2015. I had so many that this rating might be a bit off. ;)

Poured in 12 oz snifter. Tastes funky I suppose. Nice barnyard flavors and aroma with good west coast hop kick. Dry finish.

Sampled on tap at Rock & Run. Listed as "Farmhouse Funk". Pours a cloudy golden color with white head. Spicy, yeasty, barnyard, tangy, slight floral hop flavors. Meh, weird beer, don’t know what’s going on with this beer, but pretty lackluster.

Very hazy golden yellow color with a finger of white head. Some phenolic notes in aroma along with some floral hops and juicy fruit esters. Taste also has some phenolic character along with light fruit with a hint of sweetness, some earthiness and only a mild grassy bitterness. Finishes semi dry. Mouthfeel is soft and light/medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent but nothing to make it really stand out.

12 oz draft at the brewpub in Liberty, Missouri. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with a well formed 1/2 inch off white head. Looks very nice in the Tulip glass. The aroma is a bit of floral, some yeast, and a decent blast of band aid. The taste is immediate strong esters, mineral chalkiness, the band aid from the nose and an almost ethanol alcohol sharpness in the back. The palate is thin bodied, dry with the sharp unpleasant finish. I certainly hope this is not what the brewer intended on this beer. I’ll give it another shot next time I visit.
