COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A local collaboration; we teamed up with LaHave Natural Farms and the Haskap Growers Association of Nova Scotia to create a brilliant and delicious brew comprised of - the Haskap berry. North America’s first commercially produced Haskap berry beer. The spicy phenols of our hefeweizen combine with the tartness of the Haskap for a refreshing, acidic finish.

Cloudy looking brew with thin lace. Peach aroma with fruit juice flavour. Tangy texture. Banana in the finish.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a hazy golden yellow with small white head and no lace. Smell is sweet berry & coriander on the nose. Taste is tart orange with some yeast on the finish, very interesting and good mix.
