COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 3 varieties of locally sourced fresh hops and supplemented with more fresh hops from QC which were hand delivered within 14 hours of harvesting. The Saison yeast is one that I’ve pampered and kept going for 3 years now. The beer is oh so spicy and tremendously refreshing, almost demanding you have another. The wet-hops shine through with floral, green, vegetal and spice notes reinforcing the spicy esters created through fermentation by this very special yeast.

On tap at brewpub, pours a clear orangish amber with a off white head that clears but leaves a ring of lace. Smells of citrusy pepper notes. Taste is citrus up front and then a good mouthull of bitter hops and some pepper on the finish. Exceent saisson!

On tap. Amber/orange pour with a slightly orange head that leaves a ring of lace. Citrusy hops and spice dominate the nose with other yeast esters really making for a complex profile. Loaded with spice on the palate and through the finish. The wet hops add a fresh citrus element as well as some green notes. Quite highly carbonated.
