750mL Bottle. Thanks for sharing. Juicy apricot nose, with bready yeast. Flavors are solid, in the Fantome vein. There’s some cardboard like wet aging to the malts. Carbonation is good, but it’s a touch too sweet for me. Not bad. Good thing I didn’t know it was organic until after I rated it, because it would have gotten some rateflation.

Bottle from Dilly Cafe shared at Natifest 11 on August 6, 2011. Cloudy orange/amber color, small white head, intriguing sweet aroma, interesting yeasty/fruity flavor.

bottle... pours a dark gold with lots of copper, a light tan head sticks around for awhile... the nose is horrendous, smells like vomit with a bit of mango, gross... the taste is slightly better with a little sweetness but the baby vomit still dominates, not very good or drinkable, hugely disappointing

Corked bottle shared at Natifest ’11. Poured hazy orange color with a large frothy white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy yeast and fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy complex sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid complex drinkable beer.

Cloudy orange/tan pour with watery white head. Bread, coriander, and Belgian yeast. Belgian yeast, light brown sugar, and bread. Medium bodied with aggressive carbonation. Nice beer.

Sample at the Ale Wine & Spirits Saison tasting on 07/28/2011. The beer pours a hazy amber-orange color with a medium lasting white head. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and bready malt. Medium body with mildy tart fruit, yeast, and spice flavors. The finish is fruity up front and leaves an herbal yeast aftertaste. Prettty good overall.

Bottle via a trade. Pours with a clear golden body and a fading rocky white head. Aromas are ester forward, very fruit, strawberries, grainy, straw and grass. Flavors are grassy, grainy, lightly tart, estery, fruity, stone fruit, malty. A bit sweet. Yeasty. Lively bubbles, dry.

Purchased a bottle at belmont party supply for 13.99. It was a very nice looking bottle that was corked and caged and had a rockmill cork. Opened to a very loud pop. Was very well carbonated. Poured an amber color with some orangish hues. Aroma had a lot of malt flavor coming through, probably some aromatic. Some estery yeast notes and a nice clean finish. This was very good but more malt forward than i expected from a brewery going for traditional belgian style beers.

750 ml bottle corked and caged. Recied via trade pours a hazy orange with a white head that retains well in the glass. Has a nice herbal smell and a nice spice after taste. A really good saison that I would love to have again too bad its not in florida yet.

Hazy orange color with a huge long lasting frothy head. Aroma of yeast and spices. Taste is medium bitterness, medium body, slick feel, lively, and very dry. Good.
