Pours cloudy gold with a brilliant white head. Lots of carbonation in this one. Aroma is earthy, some funk and barnyard. Taste is sweet with some drying tartness on the finish.

750ml from Belmont Party, Dayton. Pale orange pour, moderately cloudy and earthy looking. Attractive, with a buoyant head too. Aroma is both floral and spicy, kind of lacking character. Taste is consistent with that impression, fairly average overall, with a light candy affect that’s not out of place but makes this seem like an average American saison overall.

Lots of pressure under the cork...loud pop! Pours a hazy honey/amber with a huge foamy white head...very nice retention. Aroma has some wheaty spicy notes...a bit of leather and pepper...a faint soapy note. Flavor has lots of spice...peppery...nice leathery notes. Mouthfeel is medium and super lively with a dry spicy/yeasty finish.

Pours a clear gold with a large white head. It has the a citrus hops aroma with some herbs and a hint of hay-like malt aroma as well. This beer is delicious! It has a wonderful balance of bitter and sweet and I could actually feel the struggle between the two. The body is a solid medium with a slightly sticky texture, very pleasant carbonation, and a nice bitter finish. This is a great beer, and I love the fact that I could drive 35-45min and see the brewery. I hope Rockmill sticks around and continues to grow!

Bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy golden amber with a large fluffy white head. The aroma has some mildly sweet malt, peppery spice, herbal notes, yeast and lemony/orange citrus zest. The flavor is much of the same sweeter malts, peppery, lemon citrus, yeast, with herbal notes. Decent enough, but the price point was a bit high.

Dark hay and golden pour. Tons of straw and hay in the aroma...its like I’m in a barn. Straw, light Belgian candy sugar, and that’s it. Its not bad its just whatever...a bit to barn like. Creamy mouth feel and medium body.

Poured from a corked and caged 750 ml bottle. Appearance is a hazy copper with a thick white head of foam that maintains itself well. Aroma is sweet and fruity with a nice orange zest thing going on. Taste is somewhat subdued from the aroma but still sweet and earthy. In the finish is a fruity ester note that gives way to fresh ground black pepper. Interesting beer. Pick this up if the opportunity presents itself.

Thanks to Beace for the bottle. Hazy orange pour with a fluffy white head and a bit of lace. Aroma is spicy with some gum.. Light acidity and spice. Pleasantly surprised by this one

750 ml bottle courtesy of slowjohn ( thanks Dan) poured a cloudy orange with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of pear, yeast, pineapple, straw and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, fruittiness, yeast, light spice and light carmel with a crisp dry finish.

Bottle. Orange pour with a soapy white head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium palate. Taste is yeast, citrus, maybe a touch of bread.
