750 ml bottle sampled a few times. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange colorwith a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, ample fruity notes, mild spicy character, some wheat with a splash of honey. Not boozy, decent but their price point is a bit high.

Cloudy yellow/amber with a small beige head that dissipates quickly. Aroma and flavors are sweet malts, wheat, bready and toffee

Bottle at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with an amber hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a sweet grain note with belgian yeast and a bit of light fruits. Flavor has earthy grain with a bit of light spice and light fruits.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #148. Bottle shared at the Grand Tasting. Pours a hazy orange color with a large tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart stone fruits, canned fruit, bready malts, spice. Taste is sweet bready malts, spice, herbal hops. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Bottle shared at RBWG grand tasting! Pours a cloudy golden yellow with fluffy white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast and esters with a bit of odd bready grain and spice. Taste follows, mild and unassuming, alcohol well hidden. Not one of my favorite styles at all, but this was pretty mediocre anyway.

guest sample @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear golden amber, light head cover, dots of lace. This is a two month old bottle. Perhaps longer aging would develop more complexity. Taste is semi-sweet malt with an odd bit of wintergreen in the palate that actually coats the taste buds for a few seconds, before adding apricot and a hint of cumin in a lightly bittered finish. Works well enough, but not a definitive example of the style. Alcohol isnít present, not in warmth or in depth of flavor.

~6oz pour from a bottle, at the brewery. Totally cloudy yellow orange golden color. Thin off-white head, good ropes and reaches of lace. Awesome banana, tropical fruity taste. Light, but satisfying herbs and spice. Bigger body, smooth, creamy lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Awesome full body and creamy texture, moderate bitter, awesome moderate sweet taste. Great light bit of alcohol warmth, works very well with the aroma. Fantastic tripel. Light citric acidity is the only mild complaint I can think of.

Impossible cork to get out, had to get the wine opener. Dark honey gold pour with a taupe head that rises a couple fingers then falls to half a centimeter. Good retention on the cap, ok lacing...The aroma is nice but light, not the typical tripel notes. Lots of yeast, light honey, no floral hops at all...The taste has more of the floral hop notes, but still not a ton, and lots of honey. There is a weird medicinal quality to it, thatís the organic component I believe. The taste is dry vitamins that you accidentally taste on the finish, really distracting...The feel is nice, full and dense, lasting...A bit tough to drink because of the finish but the 9% is hidden well.

8/06/2011: Rockmill Tripel Organic Golden Ale... Aroma: Sugary, fruity aroma; dessert white wine. Appearance: Dull, cloudy dark gold color with a lofty, foamy off-white head that leaves puffy lacing. Flavor: Spicy and sweet (but not cloying) with plenty of ripe, fleshy fruits, a bit yeasty; alcohol shows to some degree. Palate: Overall: This is a really rich, sweet Tripel that isnít like the traditional thin, sharp, alcohol Tripel that is typical.

1 pint 9.4 fl. oz. bottle (9% Alc/Vol) shared by Tmoney99. Thanks Tom! Rating #22 for this beer.
