Bottle thanks to Jstax ! Pours a slightly hazy blonde straw color with a fluffy foam that is three plus fingers. On the nose its got some rustic grain, grassy citrus and tight belgian spice. The palate follows the nose with great balance and restraint with the spices. Everything is dialed into a clean refreshing beer with spot on flavors. Sourdough bread, coriander, white pepper, orange pith....

Sample from a 750ml bottle. Hazy yellow / orangish whitish color. Little mostly white head. Good spice (coriander) and orange peel nose. Nice spicy citrusy hops to it. Nice, soft, lighter carbonation. Medium body. Dry texture. Bit of lace. Light bitternes. Zest, for sure. Real good witbier, for sure.

750 ml bottle to snifter (thanks tmoney99). Looks good for a wit; a semi-transparent orange with off-white lacing. Smells solid, but not like a wit; doughy, tart, and a little hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a nice, dry finish. Not what I consider a wit, but if it is, it’s the best I’ve ever had.

Poured from a corked and caged 750ml bottle at the source. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a frothy white head of foam. The aroma is citrusy, yeasty, spicy, and doughy. The orange peal really comes through. Taste is partially sweet with just a hint of acidity in the finish. This is a very nice witbier.

I had heard fantastic things about rockmill beer as it is just outside columbus where I live but this was definitely disappointing. A horribly unbalanced beer where the natural wheat nature crashes into the funky belgian yeast. Poor choice of yeast with this brew.

Picked up a single 750 ml bomber at Giant Eagle in Lancaster, OH. Pours a cloudy golden light amber colored ale with a thick white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of spicy herbs, Belgian yeast, orange zest, a hint of lemon and golden grain malt. Taste is medium bodied and spicy with flavors of golden grain malt, lots of fruit, coriander, white pepper and some citrus. Finish continues the spicy white pepper aftertaste with spices and low alcohol presence. A solid witbier throughout with some saison character added.

Light gold color with medium white head. Sweet and spicy, good overall, but in the end it’s just a white that’s terribly expensive.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of JStax. Thanks a bunch! JetsonFest II. Cloudy, marigold yellow-orange appearance with a cream colored head. Fairly spicy, coriander, lemon zesty, potpourri/incense, herbal, yeasty aroma. Herbal, spicy, coriander, somewhat peppery, yeasty, wheat malty, light fruity flavor. Pretty decent- nothing too special- but a nice offering.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy yellow-orange pour with thin white head, aroma has notes of big cardamom, hints of fruit, biscuit, bread, lemon notes, touch of fruit, pretty spicy but nice. Taste is sweet pear, white grape and peach, hints of cardamom with a touch of bready biscuit, touch of herbal notes, finishing fairly sweet.

750 ml corked and caged bottle courtesy of slowjohn ( thanks John) poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, lemon and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, spice and citrus with a smooth lingering citrus finish.
