3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Slightly hazy amber with a large white head. Aroma of hay, rye bread, kumquats, peach, pepper. Light bodied, short of watery. Quite zesty citrus, peach, some bread, dry, a little astringent and rather soapy at the end. Shame about the soap, it’s a winner except for that.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Tipplers Bar, Brisbane, August 2014. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Soft and easy to drink with hops, citrus and fruit. Also some hay. The bitterness was light.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Brewski. Very sessionable indeed. Hoppy but not overly so. Would be perfect for a summers day but not bad on a winters day.

A good heap of hops. Almost makes me think crap Oz domestic dressed up in serious beer costume. But a much better costume than James Squire ever wore. A simple beer but i’d drink it again.
