Clear pale golden colour with airy head. Sourish aroma with lots of cooked vegetables. Very light bodied and lots of maize in flavour. Apart from the dms, it’s fairly clean and has no bitterness. faroeviking (4124), Faroese Beer Republic union of, Denmark Feb 7, 2008 Can from Budapest. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium bubbly creamish mostly diminishing white head. Aroma of grains, corn and some wet grass. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour of grains, some card board and grass with some bitterness. Dry short finish. Tantas gracias a Demi y Budi para traerme esta chella. Russo (476), Campinas, Brazil Jul 13, 2007 Can. Pale color with a nice white fluffy head, weak aroma and flavor, watery and too little bitter at finish..
Cerveja dourada com boa espuma, aroma e sabor fraco, aguada com pouquíssimo amargor. Borup (979), Albertslund, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 Can. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt and hops with a bitter sinish. Doggythedog (940), Split, Croatia Jun 2, 2006 Updated: Oct 2, 20060.5l can courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!) Pale golden coloured, very big, thick and fluffy white head that went away fast. Faint, erm, lemon & ozone aroma. Ugh. Taste... watery, lemon, cardboard, some weak malt, odd bitterness (maybe they started adding hops since 2004.... or not). And, yea, it’s definitely a bit salty. The sum of all parts is not as abysmal as it might seem, but it’s simply put, bad. Yet another crappy Hungarian pale lager.
