I had this several times at GABF and it was wonderful. The carbonization was really high but that comes with a fruit beer. appearance was a off yellow with so much activity. It really tasted just like a keylime pie. This was one of two key limes we had gabf and it was the second best. Serving type: on-tap

On tap at Rocky Mountain Brewery (9/30/11). Color is a hazy gold with light carbonation and a thin head. Aroma of lime and cream cheese. Lighter medium body with a creamy mouth feel. Flavor of graham cracker, lime and cream cheese then ends with a little yeast for a bread like taste. Overall its just a wonderful brew that hits a key lime pie dead on.

On tap. Pours with a hazed golden body with a lasting white head. Aroma of lime, cream cheese (never smelled this in a beer before), and a lot of bready/biscuity graham cracker like maltiness. A bit estery. Flavors are a bit of sweet lime, key lime, zest, graham cracker, grainy, and a bit of cream cheese. Stunningly accurate. Sweet but not cloying, lightly carbonated. Again, I am blown away by all these crazy beers from Rocky Mountain. As a brewer I keep asking myself, "how do they do that?"

On tap at GABF 2011. Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is perfect key lime, some sweet sugars and vanilla. Very sweet, loads of super natural lime and cake with graham cracker and hell...is there some whip cream in there? Very good.

At GABF 2011. Pours a cloudy lime color. Big nose of sweet key lime and...cream cheese? Palate is exactly like cheesecake with a lime flavor that’s not too sweet and not too tart. Awesome,
