2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow pour with little to no white head, aroma has notes of sweet and sour apples, some slight oak but very restrained, hints of honey, vanilla, and some biscuit notes, more apple comes through. Taste is much like the other cyder but just a little less pop, some slight oak maybe but mainly some sweet and sour apple, touch of biscuit, vanilla, and honey, finishing fairly sweet.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap @ brewery. Golden appearance with little head. Light wood, rich apple, light pear aroma. Pretty straight forward apple flavor with some light wood (not really oaky- actually I think they used cherry wood or something like that), pear, white wine, fairly dry flavor. Ok. I’ve had better ciders here, but this wasn’t all that shabby.
