| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 13, 2009 Draught at brewery(10/7/08) This brew poured a cloudy yellow with a small tight white head. Aroma of smoke and more smoke. The flavor gives you more smoke then going over to a sour taste. It finishes with a typical Hefe tastes(banana and coriander). This light bodied brew is not bad but definitely a different twist. RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 30, 2008 On tap at Rocky Mountain Brewery. Aroma is as smoky as an open pit BBQ. Color is a hazy yellow with a hint of gold. Carbonation is low but it makes a tight head. Taste is smoky and creamy. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a creamy feel. Finish comes in smoky and stays that way all the way though with just a hint of sour coming out on the end. After taste has the sour giving way to a mild banana and very faint coriander flavors. That is an amazing and unique brew, I recommend this brew and move over this brewery to anyone how like a interesting and unique experience. BeerandBlues2 (3237), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
