Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the 2007 GTMW: Pours a mostly opaque with a thin, wispy-lacing light tan head. Dry toasty earthy coconut and milk chocolate aroma. Body starts lightly sweet and a little thin with some dry toasty grassy woody notes. Pretty smooth and unique.

May 29, 2006 Crystal clear mahogany body with beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, chocolate, some roast. Taste is moderately sweet, chocolate, roast, some cane sugar. No taste of coconut. Smooth, light-medium body.
