This medium-bodied brown ale has a caramel sweetness yet finishes dry.

Draught. Body is dark amber. Aroma is lightly yeasty (dough), moderately malty (light bread, nutty, toasted grain, mild coffee), with a light note of toffee. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery (almost syrupy) texture, lively carbonation. The best of the Rockyard brews IMHO.
