Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours deep red with a medium, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of funk, oak, cherries, dry cranberries. Fair tartness. Really fresh. Low to medium carbonation, dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet strawberry, tart cherry and dry cranberry. Lovely lingering tartness. Good oak to balance.

Bottle. Pours clear deep pinkish red, lovely colour. Incredible aroma, lots of cherry, like haribo cherry sweets with some light balsamic and light woodiness. Taste is intense cherry with wood and light vinegar. Tart on the finish. I like this a lot, better than supplication

750 ml bottle @ Amundsen. Gorgeous, clear, ruby red body with a medium sized off with head with nuances of pale pink. Strong fruity aroma with cherry, almonds, acidity and wood. Flavor is sweet fruity and berries like cherry, raspberries, acidity, almond, malt and obviusly chokolate. A nice full body with a strong and lasting aftertaste, more cherry, acidity and chokolate. What a great combination of sweetness and refreshing acidity. A fine and complex beer, my memories goes a bit back to the legendary Rodenback Alexander.

Bottle at Amundsen. Red colour with an off-white/ pink head. aroma is dust, cherry, raspberry, sourness. Flavour is sourness, cherry, sweetness, almond, raspberry, cellar notes. Very nice beer.

Where the Wild Beers Are 2012. This was good, but I did not enjoy it as much as some others. Strawberry aroma, which I don’t believe is actually present in the beer. Flavor has fresh berries. Lightly sour. Good.
